Friday December 1st-Twilight Meet -Roster 1
- Set up starts at 3pm (for those that can make it or anyone that can help)
- Competition starts at 5pm sharp
- Pack Up starts at 7.30pm
Please bring picnic rugs and a basket and enjoy the competition from the hill.
Sausage sizzle and coffee van will be available
Bring your mosquito repellent
Please note: 200m and 300m Hurdles may be cancelled if it is deemed that there is not enough light.

Saturday December 9th-Roster 1 & 2
This is our Special Xmas Meet with the Senior athletes. Some of the top athletes in Australia will compete alongside our athletes on what is a fantastic fun way to finish the first half of the season.
Both parent rosters run together as we have seniors events on and need all officials and hands on deck.
A special newsletter will go out next week as some parents will be shifted to different sites.
The program has some special events for athletes. Records count!
We have the following on the day:
- Face Painting
- Toddler race
- Bouncy Castle
- Sausage sizzle and coffee van
- DJ
- Special visit by Father Xmas

Variety Day
This day will also be our fundraiser for Variety -The Children’s Charity. So bring a gold coin and wear something red. Red socks, red face paint, red tutu, red headband!
Variety – the Children’s Charity supports children and families who are facing many challenges through sickness, disadvantage or living with a disability.
