Ahead of the 2019 WesTrac Bunbury Geographe Gift (BGG) on the long weekend, Australian Heptathlon stars Celeste Mucci and Kiara Reddingius will hold a training clinic for junior West Australian athletes.

Celeste is the current reigning Australian Heptathlon Champion and finished 4th at the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games. Kiara was hot on her heals in the Australian Championships coming away with a silver medal and went on claim victory in the headline 120m at the 2018 WesTrac Bunbury Geographe Gift.

The clinic will be give participants the opportunity to refine their skills in three events, with the clinic format to include:
4.30-4.45pm: Welcome & warm up
4.45-5.05pm: Event 1 (choose between Hurdles or Shot Put)
5.05-5.25pm: Event 2 (choose between High Jump or Javelin)
5.25-5.45pm: Event 3 (choose between Block Starts or Long Jump)

All our athletes not competing in states are encouraged to go and learn from some of Australia’s top athletes.
