Training Days

Summer Training is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays (depending on age groups) with the Centre competition on Saturday mornings (except for Twilight Meets)

Training in held at McGillivray Oval in Mt Claremont.

U12-U18:


4:45pm-6pm
Track specific sprint / hurdles / middle distance training

Strength and Conditioning

U7-U11:
U12-U18:

4.45pm to 6pm

5:45pm to 7pm

After the last event for the season we break over the Christmas period. Refer to our Competition Calendar to see when competition recommences. Training will recommence in the week preceeding the first week back in January.

Holiday training sessions may be held during the break. Details of these will be communicated via email and Facebook.
