Training Schedules for the 2024/25 Summer Season are as follows;

Tuesday

U11-U17 at 4.45-6pm: Track specialist program.  Strength and conditioning programs offered once a fortnight.

The program is split into two rotations over alternative weeks.

The first rotation of Tuesday training will be a full session of the track specialist with the choice of either middle distance or sprints.

The second rotation will be split into two groups, (U11-U13) and (U14-U17) with a whole group warm up at the beginning. The U14-17s will start with strength and conditioning with Mia and the U11-13s will choose to either middle distance or sprints (approx. 30 mins). For the second half of the session, the U11-13s will do strength and conditioning with Mia and the U14-17s will go to either middle distance or sprints.

Thursday

U6-U10 at 4.45-6pm: Age group coaching with assistance of technical specialists – Throws, Jumps, Hurdles.

U11-U17 at 6-7.15pm: Age group coaching with assistance of technical specialists – Throws, Jumps, Hurdles
