Winter Guide including Rules
Winter Training at McGillivray every Tuesday at 5.00pm including school holidays. Meet near the sea containers.
Commencing Tuesday, 2.04.19 finishing by Tuesday, 27.08.19
Tuesday U7 to U10 Athletes – 5.00 to 6.00pm
(Compete in 1000 to 1500m XC Runs)

Tuesday and Thursday U11 to U17 Athletes – 5.00 to 6.15pm
(Compete in 2000 to 3000m XC Runs)

Competition for 2019
Competition begins in May. Competitions are held on alternate Saturdays.
The First Cross Country is on Saturday, 4.05.19 Host Centre: Cockburn LAC
All Parents doing Cross Country do 1 parent roster over the season at our UWALAC event on Saturday July 20th
Uniforms and PIck up Day
Our pack pick up day will be held on Tuesday April 30th from 4.30pm to 6.30pm at McGillivray Oval at the sea containers.
New members will receive their registration numbers, uniforms and chips.
Uniforms are compulsory for competition and consist of a singlet and shorts. See the uniform tab for placement of numbers etc.
If members join after this date you can email firstname.lastname@example.org. The winter officer will have some uniforms and timing chips available at training.
The winter results will appear in your resultshq profile once they have been verified and checked by LAWA.
